Japanese Gyaru Makeup Tutorial!

Dun dun dun dun, dun dun, dun dun!!!! What you have all been waiting for! ... okay maybe not. Haha, but here's the tutorial I was talking about in my last post. I was thinking of doing a Rina Sakurai Makeup tutorial but this can be used for anyone who want's to do the Gyaru look! So here we goo...

First start off with applying your everyday foundation. I use Misha's BBcream and some Revlon High Definition face powder to set the BBcream ( I don't know -__- why I didn't take pictures of those products but I realized after I started my eyes that I didn't take photos. Oopsies! But here are the products below:

After I did that, I started on the eyes, saving the blush and other finishes for later. I don't know why but normally I save the blush, contouring, highlighting last. Some people might just do the face all at once then eyes but not me I guess!

( Note : I used both Digi cam and my android phone because the digital was acting up! =_= )

Starting off with you nude eye

Apply a primer over the lid : I used NYX primer in a flesh tone ( It comes in white and pearl as well )

After you've applied your primer all over your lids, take a white pencil and line the tearducts of your eyes ( optional ) I used a NYX white pencil .

After I applied Some shadow to the inner corners as well :

After you've applied the white, apply a medium brown in the crease and lightly sweep down on the lids.

 After I applied the brown to my crease's, I started on my eyebrow's to give a quick highlight before finishing the look on the eyes.

I always do my eyebrows a bit darker depending on the hair or just because my hair is dark teehee ^.^

After applying the highlight under the brow, I went back to the eyes. Starting the eyelining of bottom and top lids with both eye pencil and a bit of Liquid eye liner :

Your eyes should end up looking like this :

Real quick, grab a smudger and smudge the liner on your bottom lids to give more depth :

It should look a bit smudged like this:

Now we're going to apply the lashes!

Pick your set of lashes, apply your glue and we're good to go ( use tweezers to place lash if needed ) :

After your lashes, Apply some blush to the cheeks, a white powder slightly over your nose and under your eyes, chin, forehead ; Then a small bit of barbie pink lipstick, a bit of lip gloss and your look will be finished! 

ALL DONE! ^3^

But I thought it would only be right if I ... CAMERA WHORED!

And yes I switched on and off with my black and RED WINE wig teehee .. I ended up leaving my house with the RED one! I just couldn't decide!

Oh wait ... My circle lenses ! O_O

Japanese Koakuma Ageha Makeup Tut?

So I have like.. a 484262468209486904682 caGILLion magazine scans saved on my computer from Ageha, Popteen, Egg mag. Basically a bunch of Japanese fashion mags. Reason being... I just love the makeup they do. Which is actually... quite simple in my case, well not in my case but these looks are achievable for any woman to do! The cat winged liner, white shadow at the tear ducts, false lashes, a bit of eyeshadow to make it pop.. and VWAALA! There goes the look for the eyes, then to finish it up with a light foundation, a bit of blush to make the cheeks doll like, a bit of shimmer on the face ( preferably white ). There's your gyaru look! I'm actually thinking of doing a tutorial for girls who are interested in the look. Previously I did a ganguro look for fun which is the " black faced " look ( what they call it in japan, the tan faces with white makeup ) Which you can check out in my last year blog.

Anyways! Here are some magazine scan's for you to get a jist of the look I'm going to do and other pretty Gyaru looks! Pretty much my everyday look but sometimes they do the lashes pretty intensed. It just looks so pretty teehee. I think I want to do a look by Rina Sakurai? What do you think?

Well that's only some of the scan's I have saved but I hope you love the looks and notice that the eye's are what's most important to the whole Gyaru look! Next post will be the Tutorial ^_^

What I want next ...

So, I've already purchased from Gabalmania in the past... and ended up confusing the crap out of the seller since they couldn't speak english and I only know handful of Korean ( and STILL learning! ). I figured after such confusion, they probably would never want to sell to me again ( T__T ) so to spare my dear Korean sellers from getting " confused " I decided I will purchase from another site that sells their BEAUTIFUL and I mean GORGEOUS wigs. I will be showing you the two I purchased from them and It'll make you want to BUY.. BUY! BUY!... But that'll be in another post .. keke ^_^ .. But, here is what I want to purchase .. in the next week!

 This Mary inspired wig ( If you've ever watched "Mary Stayed out all night " Kdrama ) She has amazing hair and I was sooooo gassed to see this wig when I did because that means's I'll have beautiful super amazing hair just like Mary... so... This lovely hair! I just love the Mocha Orange color. Originally I wanted it on a different wig but since the site I'm purchasing from DOES NOT sell that particular unit * tears * I'll settle for this one! It's still beautiful! I just love wigs that have the bangs with a slight wave in the rest of the hair! So cute!! ...

BBcream, Hair, Makeup!

As I've mentioned in previous posts, I like to use BBcream as a foundation. If you don't know what BBcream is... SHAME ON YOU! ... teehee, just kidding. However ; If you unaware or have never heard about the product, let me introduce you:

These BBcreams are from Etude House, A popular Makeup Line in Korea that sells products like these.
The BBcream that I purchased Is the first one. Each BBcream has a different effect on the skin and is a different shade. This BBcream is not the only BBcream I've purchased but one I wanted to try in a different shade. Other Popular brands in Korea ; Such as, MISHA, also sells BBcream which I have also purchased in a darker tone. But here Is the one I have from Etude :

I found out that this was a bit Lighter for me then I expected, but It does work as described. BBcream is not only a foundation but it also helps with treating the skin opposed to other products that might clog your pores. This product is much used in Korea for those Beautiful Popstars, Actors, who have such flawless looking skin. This will definately do the trick if you were looking for a flawless and full coverage product. The only con for some people, may be that.. It only comes in a few shades.. Seeing that it's made in Asia, Made for Asia's skin tones.. I mean, what do you expect? It's not like Covergirl, Maybelline, or other Us products.. So that might be the only downfall.

Above you will see the swatches ( shades ) and what difference the BBcream makes as to appearance on your own skin. I might not use BBcream daily, but I do use it very often, receive quite the compliments with my flawless skin and Makeup. Redhead! Peep the new wig!

So, Originally I was going to just start off my day with the typical Black wig I use the most. Then ... Here comes USPS delivering a lovely package to my door before I decide to walk out ... Is it ... Is it my wig! .. wait.. which one? teehee ...... It's my fire red from ebay! Click here for the Seller <3

This wig unit is only 12.39 +FREE SHIPPING! Where could you go wrong? I was skeptical with the pictures at first, wondering if the wig would look this great. And guess what ... It really does! It came like this :

She came tightly packaged in a little baggy that I took out of this beige envelope type thing, I pulled her out of the bag and was quite shocked at how pretty the wig actually looked in person! It looks so nice! .. SLIGHTLY shinier then I would WANT it to be but overall a BEAUTIFUL, beautiful beautiful wig! It came with the side swept bangs but I cut them to suit my face, curled them a bit and... vwala...

Pinky Paradise Circle lenses Candy Pink!!

So.. I must say I am so excited to purchase my first actual circle lenses! And they are soooo supperrr kawaii! ( cutee! ) I couldn't wait to put them on. I thought I looked a bit scary at first but as I adjusted to them, I fell in love with them and the pretty color! My eyes are hazel underneath so they look a bit interesting on me. Anyway, here is what they would look like if you were to look for the icon on the site.

                                      It came with the cutest little piggy case! hehehehe I love them!

The lenses were originally store in a different casing where contacts normally come in, but I took them out so fast to put them in solution for a few hours so that I could wear them for the rest of the day tehe.. Now ... To see what they look like on me ...
